The Psych Ward lingo is heavily inspired by the general autistic internet lingo[citation needed], the political variance of TPW lingo is varied, as both Leftist and Right Wing lingo is being used on the server.

Slurs

Slurs are offensive terms used deliberately to show a lack of respect for a particular group of people[1], although all TPW members are eligible for reclaiming most if not all slurs, Retard being one of the prime examples of such, as all TPW members are autistic[no citation needed]

Usage of "X"

Erika saying "o algx" to Sara in February 2026

The act of using the letter X to replace specific letters in words, specifically from the Spanish language,[2] is a linguistical behavior brought over by Sara and other Twitter originated members of the server[citation needed], there are two main examples of this being used, the word LatinXs, and the term "o algx".

This is done to combat the bigotry that is inherent in the Spanish language caused by its gendered nature[no citation needed] , as it is not friendly for non-binary folx [citation needed], the Spanish language only comes with "o" for male and "a" for female, X is a way to make it neutral(Although it is proposed that "E" can be used too[citation needed]).

"O algx" is a term brought over by Sara, as she observed it on Twitter, and has been influenced into her by Erika, the origin of this term is from Soyjak dot party,[3] a mexican twist on the term "or something", originally coined to make fun of Americans. netkv later on has proposed going further with this, by saying "x algx"[citation needed], although this yet has to be popularized.

First mention of "o algx" on TPW by Sara in April 2026

Q

Q refers to the anonymous individual(s) "Q", who makes claims about the world in the QAnon conspiracy theory.[4][5] The term began as a niche reference by Erika to the theory, who used it originally to refer to anything "brappy", but later branched out to be applied in unique case-by-case scenarios,[6][7] as well as her own ideology; "Brappycord-certified Qth Nvke Ideology".[8] Her use of the term "disciples of Q" may imply that she sees herself as the true Q,[9] especially with her saying "Q VVINS VGVIN" [sic].[10] However, as she has evoked Q's name elsewhere, this is not a certain conclusion.[11]

Sara is also known to use the term Q.
