The Psych Ward
the psych ward is a discord server owned by Sara which is home to many strange people. The main language spoken on the server is English, but Arabic is also common, and Spanish is used sometimes too.
History
First iteration
The original server was created on the 30th of June, 2021, as a branch of r/Egypt's discord server (now known as Egypt's Cafe). Two servers owned by Ashiodyne existed before then, but she deleted them during her mental breakdowns. When the server was first created, it was just named "sex" due to Sara's lack of creativity. During 2021 it was renamed "kel sex club", "kel halal club for memorizing quran and al ahadeth el nabawya al 4arefa" due to Sara's obsession with Omori, and finally "kirb cult". On April 10th 2022, the server was finally renamed to its current name; "the psych ward".
On 18th September 2022 (in Egyptian time; it was 17th UTC), TUC0 got one of his idiot friends to try to assassinate Sara's account by raiding TPW with CP, which led to TUC0 being banned for some time. This happened because TUC0 was offended at Sara wanting to cut contacts with him. The 18th of September Incident has had a long legacy by still being brought up sometimes, and being specifically mentioned in rule 1.1 of the server.
Second iteration
Due to concerns about the Discord TOS and server security, Sara decided to move it fully to Telegram on the 3rd of November 2023. Around late March 2024, some of the active users left the group due to them being uncomfortable with the secret loli channel existing. The rest of the members became inactive at some point after this, beginning the great dark age of The Psych Ward.
Intermediate period
This was a two year long era when members scattered and were mostly inactive in TPW. They still spoke to each other in DMs and small group chats, and Nětka and Ramendan were both active in Tox's server.
Third iteration
The third iteration of TPW is a Discord server created on the 8th of April 2026, after a long period of TPW community being inactive after the previous iteration on Telegram collapsed. Even though it had been over two years since TPW last really existed, many of the old members have returned to the new server.
Rules
This section deals with the actual rules of the server, not the fake user-made ones.
First iteration rules
Dated 2023-06-28.
- Please, and for the love of god, don't post any illegal porn, or anything drawn that even closely resembles it (sorry cunny posters, and never forget the 18th of September 2022 incident.)
- No one did this one yet, but please no gore or shootings, anything of these sorts, if it's drawn NSFL that IS NOT MADE AFTER REAL LIFE EVENTS, keep it in nsfl.
- PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF FUCKING GOD KEEP BIGOTED CONTENT THAT ISN'T MILD (such as opinions, conversations, memes or screenshots of posts that deserve bullying, that stuff) IN bigotry-land I FUCKING BEG YOU
- Generally, just don't actually make me uncomfortable or disgust me, you are the lowest of the lowest if you somehow do that
- Be nice to our jews, jews may not fight each other too.Other than that, have fun, do whatever you want, this is an actual psych ward after all[1]
Acceptation process:
- This server is based on a trust system since I can't trust anyone to join here, anyone who's invited here will be a burden (for the lack of a better word) to the person who invited them for 3 months or so
- If you have a twitter account, link it to your profile so we can check if you are "fit enough" for this server
- If you do not use twitter, chat in the-waiting-room until I see that you fit (some voting may be required)[2]

Section 1: Content
1.1. Don't repeat the 18th September 2022 incident, do not post anything illegal i fucking BEG you, especially illegal porn (According to Discord's definition, which includes lolisho) 1.2. Keep everything and anything NSFL in No Access (locked behind @GL role), this includes gore, guro, any real life gore (such as war clips, protests, etc... Nothing that can be flagged, and nothing like ISIS clips/edits) 1.3. Keep furry content in furry (locked behind @furry), this includes anything in the range of 2 and 4 in the furry scale chart, all forms of feral (check #5 on the furry scale chart, THIS IS EXCLUDING MLP) is NOT allowed, that instead is kept to No Access channel (ask for access), kemonomimi (check #1 on the furry scale chart) is allowed on the entire server
1.4. Keep any "non-mild" or "non-casual" bigotry (such as saying "controversial" opinions, long conversations that may be seen as controversial or problematic, screenshots of posts that deserve bullying, etc...) in bigotry-slop (locked behind @BL role) 1.5. Any kind of "extreme" NSFW (this includes things such ass piss, incest, scat, rape) should be kept in No Access with a Content Warning of the exact fetish/content of the media or content
Section 2: Behavior
2.1. The @untouchables cannot be fought with and viceversa 2.2. Bots are preferably to be self-hosted, if you need a bot on here that cannot be self-hosted, think about if it's REALLY needed on here 2.3. Do NOT leak a single message out of this server/group without permission from me, Sara(istupid).[3]
