Brapping

Brapping is a slang term that is understood to mean either farting (flatulence) or rarely, pooping (a bowel movement). It originated as onomatopeia for the sound of doing either in a particularly aggressive manner, especially if done without the person's intent or control. Most people find it disgusting, and distressing if you are the victim, though a small community of people enjoy it; where it can become the object of fetishism. It can be worsened by numerous gastrointestinal conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, parasitic infections, malabsorption, proctitis, as well as medication side effects and dietary habits, such as fatty foods, spicy foods, foods high in fiber, or carbs or certain sugars.

L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology, was known to be a master of brapping and a senior braphog, and contributed heavily to Q.

Some have argued that being "incredibly gassy" creates higher appeal and correlates with greater intelligence, especially within Qth Nvkes. Some ideologies have arisen out of this discourse; most notably Erika Badmaa's "Brappycord-certified Qth Nvke Ideology", which is highly related to Q, and teaches numerous things, including core tenets such as the belief that males (described as "moids") should be fed laxatives and prevented from accessing a toilet, thus soiling themselves repeatedly, as they are meant to be brappy. This ideology further argues that males may be more destined to be brappy if their buttocks are particularly large, a belief which has mainly received support but has struggled to get full understanding by the general public.

Some terms exist for those who enjoy it, including the term "braphog"; originally used as a fetish term, but now more linked to right-wing politics and ironic media.
